1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using WebIgniter's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
WebIgniter provides professional SEO and web development services, including:
- SEO Audits ($79) - Comprehensive analysis and recommendations
- Audit + Consultation ($149) - Audit plus 45-minute strategy call
- Implementation Projects ($500+) - Technical SEO, WordPress development, optimization
3. Service Delivery
SEO audits are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of payment. Consultation calls are scheduled within 3-5 business days. Implementation project timelines are agreed upon before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- All prices in USD
- Audit and consultation payments required before service delivery
- Implementation projects may require deposits based on scope
5. Veteran & First Responder Discount
Active duty military, veterans, and first responders receive 20% off all services. Verification required (military ID, VA card, DD-214, or department ID).
6. Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with an SEO audit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll either revise the audit or provide a refund at our discretion. Implementation work is non-refundable once begun, though we'll work with you to address any concerns.
7. Intellectual Property
Audit reports and deliverables become your property upon payment. We retain the right to use anonymized data and general strategies in our work with other clients.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share your website data, analytics, or strategies with competitors or third parties without your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and your implementation of recommendations. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide expert recommendations based on industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. SEO is a long-term strategy with many variables.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Payment for work completed prior to termination remains due.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
